Service Description
This mentorship service provides writers with continuous support as they develop their scripts over time. Writers meet regularly with a member of the OutWrd team for structured guidance, focused problem solving, and accountability throughout the writing process. Each session builds on the previous one, addressing story structure, character development, pacing and thematic clarity. Writers receive session summaries with clear action points, leading to measurable progress from draft to polished version. The mentorship creates a sustained professional relationship that helps writers refine their work with confidence and prepare it for future submission and industry opportunities.
Cancellation Policy
Introduction This policy governs all consultation bookings made through our website. By scheduling a session, clients accept these terms, which ensure clarity and professional standards across all engagements. Appointment Scheduling Consultations must be booked through our online system. A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and a confirmation email issued. We may refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. Fees and Payment All fees are payable at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as outlined here. Prices may change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected. Client Cancellations Clients may cancel or reschedule up to forty eight hours before the appointment. Changes made with less notice are non-refundable. Failure to attend is treated as a late cancellation and forfeits the full fee. Cancellations by OutWrd If we must cancel or reschedule, clients will receive an alternative date or a full refund. We are not responsible for any related costs incurred by the client. Preparation and Materials Clients must provide any required materials in the specified format and timeframe. Failure to do so may limit the value of the session but will not entitle the client to a refund. Any notes or follow up documents supplied by us are part of the purchased service and may not be redistributed without written consent. Conduct We reserve the right to terminate a consultation without refund if a client behaves abusively or requests services that breach legal, ethical or compliance standards. Limitations of Service Consultations offer professional guidance only and do not guarantee production, funding, distribution or commercial outcomes. Advice is not legal, financial or investment advice. Independent professional counsel should be sought where necessary. Intellectual Property All methodologies, frameworks and materials provided by us remain the intellectual property of OutWrd. Clients retain ownership of their own work but grant us permission to review it solely for the consultation. Data Protection Client data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. By booking, clients consent to the use of their information for service delivery and administration. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OutWrd operates. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
